Refund Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchasing hair, if all exchange requirements are met. You must leave hair in package and sealed if you neef to exchange. NO refunds will be permitted at this time for the safety of our employees and customers. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

You may be contacted through email or phone to provide identification to confirm that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. We will reach out for you to send in your government issued ID to fulfill your order. If your information is not verified within 48 hours we will refund you minus 3% cancellation fee.
